Atty. ROMANO M. DIAZ

Romano M. Diaz obtained his pre-law degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Philosophy from the University of Santo Tomas, Magna Cum Laude. He took up law at the Arellano University while working full time. He graduated in Arellano University in 2009 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2010. He is currently taking up Master of Laws (LL.M) at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

 

After a few months of law practice in the Philippines, Atty. Diaz joined a foreign law firm in Singapore where he gained valuable experience and exposure in intellectual property disputes, trademark, infringement and other general corporate advisory work. Despite the attractive compensation, convenience and comfort that the foreign firm had offered, Atty. Diaz decided to return to the Philippines to pursue his passion and to do what he truly loves – litigation practice in the Philippines.

 

Prior to establishing the Firm, Atty. Diaz worked with the Mendoza Arzaga-Mendoza Law Firm where he handled criminal and civil litigation.

Atty. RAMIL S. IMPERIAL

Ramil S. Imperial completed his Bachelor of Laws at the Arellano University in 2009 and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies major in Software Technology at De La Salle University-Manila in 2002.

 

After he was admitted to the bar, Atty. Imperial was engaged in criminal and civil litigation as solo practitioner. Prior to establishing the firm, he also joined a private law firm specializing in taxation law where he was involved in resolving tax disputes, coordinating with revenue district officers regarding tax assessment and obtaining BIR rulings and tax exemptions.

Atty. NOEL C. ANG

Noel C. Ang obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Centro Escolar University in 1998 and passed the CPA licensure examinations the following year. He graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Laws from the Arellano University in 2009. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2011. At present, he is taking up Master of Laws (LL.M) at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

 

As a certified public accountant prior to joining the Firm, Atty. Ang worked with various auditing and accounting firms as tax analyst and consultant. He has also extensive experience in banking laws and finance having worked with various banks including the United Coconut Planters’ Bank, Philippines Veterans Bank and PS Bank handling financial accounting and tax reports for Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Securities and Exchange Commission
